The green bean casserole is done and waiting in the fridge. It's topping of french fried onions and crumbled gorgonzola are being held separately, to be applied just before baking.
The cornbread for the cornbread dressing is baked, crumbled, and awaiting its final destination in freezer bags.
The pumpkin pie is ugly, it will be smothered with cool whip prior to serving.
The blueberry pie, on the other hand, is quite handsome, but it's not quite done baking yet. It has a lattice top!
The compound butter is done, and hardening in the fridge in a layer of wax paper and a freezer bag.
The cranberries are done and in the fridge at mom's.
The turkey is splashing playfully in the brine, in the open in my mom's garage. If my calculations are correct, it should be cold enough down there for it to hold properly.
