Apr. 12th, 2008 12:34 amOkay. In my suitcase I have packed: the camp stove, a sleeping bag, a small inflatable mattress, a pair of pants, a pair of shorts, many pairs of underwear, a grocery sack for packing dirty underwear in, several shirts including layering options, three pair pajama pants, two old tank tops, my swimsuit, a towel, and a makeup bag full of basic makeup, very basic hair needs (elastics and clips), and a bottle of moisturizer.
In my carryon I will pack: extra undies, an extra set of clothes (in case my bag gets lost), travel-size toothpaste and toothbrush, sketchbook, pencils, journal, pen, hairbrush, feminine supplies, my wallet, my phone (and charger), and my I-pod.
Should I take my checkbook? With my check card I really shouldn't need it, and the only thing worse than losing your checkbook is losing it somewhere hundreds of miles away from where you live.
Am I forgetting anything? I feel like I've packed too much.
