Oh god.

A huge chunk of dried blood, snot, and pus just came out of my sinuses, dropping into my mouf. Gross!

No, but I'm starting to get a bit worried this may be a sinus infection. I'm hoping that now that that clump is out of there, maybe my sinuses will drain and heal on their own. And people call me a pessimist...
