website woes

If you haven't noticed (and it's pretty unlikely that you have), my webpage URL has changed for what amounts to personal reasons. I am now allowing crosswinds.net to do my hosting. It's a pretty good place... simplified URLs, and no advertising (as yet). However, I haven't been able to FTP into my dir for the last couple days. Yesterday, their FTP was overloaded, and today, it's not even responding. Maybe I'm just being a bitch, but shouldn't a service (such as web hosting) be able to handle their customer base well enough to make good on all services advertised?

There's nothing for me to do but sit back and wait for them to get their asses together. I'm too lazy to go through the trouble of shopping for a new hosting service and then upload all 100+ files that are my website.
