I have no money, and won't be able to buy Christmas presents this year.

This is, by FAR, the worst part about being poor. I can go three or four days without food, but not being able to buy people presents really bothers me.

But if I had the money, I'd get some people some presents.

Mike: A knife. A very big, very pretty knife. With a bear carved into the antler grip. Just in case the world goes to hell and he has to whip out the "Guide to Urban Survival" in earnest.
Katy: Music. It makes her so happy.
Lisa: :::laughs::: A gift certificate to Home Depot.
Chris: A car, so he'd be able to go anywhere he wants... but a real junker, so he learns how to take care of it.
Steve: A lemon tree.
Faerie: The self-confidence she needs after graduation.
Alex1820: a sense of humor. And a kick in the nuts.
Alex: A 12 inch glossy of me in something made of leather.
Stacy: Her own personal indentured designer/tailor.
