There are a few different levels I think.
You can be pissed at a kid that runs into the road, but its your own fault for not holding their hand. Which is to teach them to be less realiant on you.
You can be pissed at a kid for kicking you, which is to teach them not to do it.
You can be pissed at a kid because it is just there when your life is going badly. Which is to teach them that you are capricious.
I think that they are all pointless except for when it kicks you.
