Jan. 3rd, 2008 10:30 pmSo, I told my team at work that I would make cinnamon rolls for them.
There are sixteen people on my team, so I pulled up my recipe. Each batch, it says, makes 10-15 rolls. I tend to overserve, so I thought two batches would make twenty rolls and I'd have one spare for each of my bosses and Luis, too. So I get to work.
The second batch is well into it's bench rise, so it looks like they'll all be baked before bedtime.
Here is the notable thing...
I SOMEHOW ended up with thirty-four cinnamon rolls.
I hope everyone's hungry.
(P.S. Scott, if you'll be in the area tomorrow, I can save one out for you and one for your roommate.)
