27.5 hours since my last cigarette.

Well, today has been a very trying day. I went to work, felt sick as hell all day. Got off work, went to the drop, went to the bar for a birthday drink and then went to Mom's. Then had to drive home as quickly and directly as possible because I was afraid I would stop and buy cigarettes. That covers a very large number of my triggers: the bar, the car, the drop, phone calls, my mother.

No better test of my resolve is available at this time.
