Okay, approximate caloric breakdown of last night's pizza.

Crust:
1 1/2 c wheat flour - 611 cal
1 tbl olive oil - 100 cal
1 tbl sugar - 50 cal

total 761 cal / 2 pizzas = 380 per pie

reduced fat mozz - 4 oz per pie = 360 cal

1 1/2 clove garlic - 6 cal
1/2 bell pepper, sliced - 12 cal
turkey pepperoni, 2 servings - 140 cal
1/4 cup lowfat feta - 70 cal

total for 1 pizza = 968
for 1/2 pizza (dinner) = 484
for 1/4 pizza (lunch) = 242
per slice = 121

Not too bad. Oh, maybe 30-50 per pie for sauce? They had more than enough cheese, too... could reduce the amount of cheese pretty signifigantly.

today: cereal 210 cal, milk 60 cal, dried blueberries 30 cal, triscuits 120 cal, lowfat cheese 1 oz 80 cal, pizza 2 slices 300 cal, lowfat cottage cheese 100 cal, veggie snacks (3 carrots, 1 pepper, 2 stalks celery) 100 cal, pizza 4 slices 600 cal, chocolate 80 cal, mixed nuts 150 cal. 1830 total. Not darn bad for pizza for lunch and dinner. Once my roommate moves out I can blind-bake and freeze some pizza crusts and have pizza more often!

I started this weekend feeling very thin and finished it off on Sunday feeling very fat. My coworker Tessa turned to me today and said, "buy new clothes." I told her I would when I was down another size. Good lord, but I'm cheap. The sun's up later and later, within the next few weeks I'll be able to walk comfortably after work.

I'm so tired. I expect it may be from having been sick, and going back to work. I feel almost back to normal, except for a wet cough and a bone-deep weariness. That should clear up on it's own soon enough.

I forgot to make my monthly payment to MCA today. I'll have to call them tomorrow and pay.

Tortillas

So I got some super healthy tortillas at Fred Meyer. They are La Tortilla Factory, whole wheat tortillas. They have 80 calories, 3 g fat, and 14 g of dietary fiber.

They taste like crap.

I went back to my old standard, Guerrero Triguenas... not as healthy (120 calories, 4g fat and 4g fiber) but they taste a lot better.

I want to like the healthy ones, I really do. They have twice the protein and three times the fiber for less fat and fewer calories. But they have zero flavor and a texture not unlike that of cheap recycled paper. The Guerrero tortillas at least taste like wheat.
