Aug. 25th, 2008 07:20 pmSo the stability ball workout kicked my ass, completely, and it was only a half an hour.
And I'm totally stoked!
It's so nice to have something that is really really challenging that I can do for free at home! Some of the poses and exercises I could do with the "advanced" modifications, but some left me shaking and sweating even in the regular "beginner" form.
So I guess it's stability ball and 30 mins on the bike one day, and then alternately 45-60 mins on the bike, since the stability ball video recommends that you only do the workout three times a week (read: every other day). I guess this makes sense since it is strength training.
W00t!
