Tonight was comfort food night at Casa de Josh and Allie. We went grocery shopping after work, came home and banged out a dinner of mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, and panko breaded pork chops in about half an hour.

Now an hour's rest, and then, cleaning the kitchen.
