I got home from coffee and got started with my baking, only to discover that I'm out of bread flour. I'd already started blooming the yeast so it looks like I'm making an exceptionally large batch of pita dough first, running to the store, and then making the baguette dough. The wheat dough is autolyzing as we speak.

I plugged in the electric blanket last night. The kitties are curled up on the bed, so close their backs are touching. It's nice to see them not fighting for a change.
