Deer

The family of deer that lives in and around our apartments made an appearance again. A doe, a young stag, and two fawns were browsing in the fallen leaves in our parking lot, right next to my car. They wandered through the gate and into the courtyard between the apartment buildings, grazing the still-green lawns. I followed at a discrete distance and then went inside. As I walked to my apartment I heard a muffled female voice shout, "did you get the camera?!"

The deer are quite famous and well-loved around here. There are pictures of them posted in the laundry room.

I don't want to move from here.
