You know, if Michael and I did someday open a bar, it wouldn't be too expensive to serve tapas. A lot of them can be cooked very quickly and to order. We could charge $1.00 each for a lot of them and still make a profit.

"Flats" is for sale - if I remember right, the asking price was around 300k. But it hasn't been open for long, so it makes me wonder why...

It's probably because it's horrifically expensive. They charge way too much for what is essentially snacks. SNACKS.

Yeah, my first thought going there was that I could get similar fair at the temple bar for one third the price, end enjoy it.

Flats' snacks were a little two weird for me.
