Wakame and kombu are available dried at Terra. Dunno about the bonito flakes. I might also suggest the Asian markets on the south end of Meridian by Speak EZ's.
I went to Asia market today, and was hampered by the fact that I don't read japanese and all of the seaweed is labeled as "Nori" which don't help me much.
Wakame, kombu and bonito flakes are all available pretty cheaply at the Asian grocery store next to (the former) Fountain Drug. Mindy makes really good miso soup and we can go shopping with you sometime, or else describe them in great detail next time we see you around town.
Kombu and other sea vegetables are available online at MarxFoods.com in 8 oz. packages. If that's more than you're looking for, you can always split or share orders with friends.
